About this opportunity
Pacific Air Forces seeks quotations for two diesel engine generators (DENYO model DCA-60LSIE or equivalent) with delivery to Okinawa, Japan by June 10, 2026; questions are due June 8. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 335312, Motor and Generator Manufacturing.
Place of performance is Torii Station, Building 360, Okinawa, Japan. The generators serve as emergency backup power for sewer lift stations at Naha Military Port and Torii Station, equipped with water level sensor-linked automatic start/stop systems to prevent sewage backflow. Equivalent products must meet four critical specifications: 60kVA output, integrated oil containment dike (Eco-Base), ultra-low noise operation, and Tier 3 emission compliance. Requested options include automatic fuel pump, salt-resistant components, thick-film coating, clear fade-resistant coat, bonnet sealing, stainless steel bolts, and two-wheel trailers.
Delivery is required within 120 days after receipt of order. The contractor must provide installation, testing, commissioning, technical documentation including electrical and assembly diagrams, on-site training, and local on-site support for maintenance and repairs. A one-year on-site warranty covering parts and labor is required, with extension if malfunctions occur. Products of Japanese manufacture are preferred due to maintenance requirements and parts availability. The contractor bears responsibility for protecting delivered equipment from weather, humidity, temperature variations, and contamination, with delivery damage replaced or repaired at no cost to the Government.
All offerors must be registered in SAM. Quotations must include FOB terms, warranty, estimated delivery date, payment terms, company details, unique entity ID, CAGE code, point of contact, email, phone number, and tax ID. Quoted prices remain valid until September 30, 2026. Submit quotations by email to takeshi.nakamura.1.jp@us.af.mil by 4:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time on June 11, 2026.
