About this opportunity

The Arizona Army National Guard is seeking to procure a Huntron Access DH2 Prober System or equivalent, an advanced automated printed circuit board diagnostic analyzer for the Air Force Repair and Evaluation Program (AFREP). This sophisticated electronic testing system will be used to diagnose and evaluate avionics components with high-precision capabilities, including non-powered testing, XYZ gantry positioning with 0.003-inch accuracy, and comprehensive fault isolation techniques. The solicitation (W50S6S25QA004) requires vendors to submit detailed technical capabilities, proposed costs, and comprehensive vendor information via email to jordan.vasquez.3@us.af.mil by April 25, 2025. Evaluation criteria will focus on the system's technical specifications, including automated diagnostic functions, vision system integration, and compatibility with surface mount and through-hole PCB technologies. Vendors must demonstrate compliance with rigorous technical requirements, including operation in temperature-controlled environments and static-safe construction.

The contract is designated as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 334515, with a size standard of 750 employees. The procurement is for a single unit of the diagnostic analyzer, to be located in Tucson, Arizona, with a specified operating environment between 65-85 degrees Fahrenheit. While a specific award value is not explicitly stated, the solicitation requires vendors to provide comprehensive pricing information and a minimum one-year warranty. The system must include advanced features such as USB/Ethernet/RS-232 communication protocols, data logging capabilities, analog signature analysis, and passive component testing. Vendors are expected to provide technical documentation and offer on-site or remote training support as part of the procurement requirements. The solicitation emphasizes the need for a precise, versatile diagnostic system capable of supporting complex electronic testing and evaluation processes for military avionics components.
