About this file

Attachment 1 is a Salient Characteristics document for a Huntron Access DH2 Prober System (or equivalent) automated printed circuit board diagnostic analyzer for the Air Force Repair and Evaluation Program (AFREP). The document details comprehensive technical requirements for a precision electronic testing system, including capabilities such as non-powered testing, XYZ gantry positioning with ±0.003-inch accuracy, vision system integration, and support for surface mount and through-hole PCB technologies.

Key specifications include automated diagnostic capabilities for fault isolation, analog signature analysis, comparison testing, passive component testing, and defect detection. The system must operate in a temperature-controlled environment (65°F-85°F), have static-safe construction, and be compatible with standard 110-240V power. Additional requirements encompass standard communication protocols, data logging, supplier training support, and a minimum one-year warranty. This solicitation (W50S6S25QA004) is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS code 334515, with quotes to be submitted via email to jordan.vasquez.3@us.af.mil by the date listed in SAM.gov.
