Key qualifications include demonstrated experience acquiring these services for government agencies, availability under GSA Federal Supply Schedule contracts where applicable, an active CAGE code in SAM.Gov, and compliance with all accessibility standards. Interested vendors must submit company information, active CAGE codes, business size certification under NAICS 561920, and details regarding any relevant small business certifications (Section 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, or Woman-Owned Small Business status). The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $20,000,000 in annual revenue, and respondents should provide evidence of prior government event management experience, including agency names, points of contact, and relevant contract numbers. The government will not reimburse vendors for costs incurred in responding to this RFI, and responses will not be returned to submitting parties.
