About this opportunity

The Special Notice was published by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Mobile to solicit feedback from contractors on the potential use of a Project Labor Agreement for the design and construction of facilities at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida.

The Special Notice requests that interested contractors respond with information on their knowledge of Project Labor Agreements being used locally on similar projects, any skilled labor shortages in needed crafts, timing requirements for the project, and reasons why a PLA would or would not advance the Federal Government's interests in economy and efficiency. This market survey is being posted for the D/B of a Weapons Evaluations Group (WEG) Headquarters, Maintenance Hangar and Parking Apron, Tyndall AFB, Florida (Bay County).
