All static display banners are classified for indoor use and must be fabricated using weatherproof, heavy-duty indoor-rated vinyl substrates with 6-inch-tall lettering. Offerors must propose a single, uniform, blended Firm-Fixed Price unit price that applies identically to all 15 schools, enabling zero-dollar post-award swaps. Vendor must submit draft artwork no later than 14 days post-award, with government review and approval within 5 days, and fabrication, shipment, and installation within 10 days. Advertising will be displayed during high-traffic athletic events to reach students, parents, and local communities.
