About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency Distribution seeks procurement and delivery of six utility terrain vehicles (UTVs)—four 3-seat models and two 6-seat models—with proposals due September 17, 2026. This is a 100% Women-Owned Small Business set-aside, and vendors must sign and return Amendment 0001 (SF30) by the proposal deadline.
Place of performance is Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma; deliveries must arrive at the DLA Distribution center in Oklahoma City within 30 days after order receipt, FOB destination. Both vehicle variations must be brand-new, factory-certified premium Polaris Ranger XP 1000 CAB models with fully enclosed, climate-controlled cabs, identical 4-stroke twin-cylinder 82-horsepower engines, Gen 2 automatic continuously variable transmissions with selectable all-wheel drive, and comprehensive LCD instrumentation. The 6-seat models must deliver 1,125-pound payload and 2,500-pound towing capacity; 3-seat models must deliver 1,275-pound payload and matching towing capacity. Service and repair parts must be readily available from the Tinker AFB delivery location without overseas procurement; an authorized local Polaris dealer/service source satisfies this requirement. Deliveries must include pre-delivery inspection by factory-authorized personnel, secure logistics coordination with Deputy Director of Operations personnel, operating keys, manuals, warranty certificates, and vehicle familiarization. Realistic delivery timelines up to 60 calendar days are acceptable. NAICS code is 336999 (All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing); PSC is 2310 (Passenger Motor Vehicles). Award will be made on a firm fixed-price basis with zero quantity variance to the single acceptable quoter offering the lowest evaluated price, using technical capability, past performance, and pricing as evaluation criteria. The anticipated award date is September 24, 2026. Questions and quotes must be submitted electronically to Joshua.derr@dla.mil.
