The system must include a mechanical copy stand with vibration-dampening and tethered foot-pedal shutter control; a primary forensic camera system equal to or greater than a Nikon Z9 mirrorless camera; forensic macro lens and optical filter kit; hands-free capture control foot pedal; forensic capture and image processing software; integrated RUVIS module with 8.1-megapixel resolution; comprehensive product training; and secure delivery logistics. All hardware components must include a comprehensive two-year warranty from delivery. The base period of performance runs from September 30, 2026 through September 29, 2027, with deliverables due within 30 calendar days of contract award. The Government anticipates a single award Firm Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 334516 (Computer and Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing, small business size standard 1,000 employees). Vendors must submit capability statements not exceeding 15 pages to Nia Dickerson at Nia.N.Dickerson@irs.gov, including company information, UEI, business size classification, and procurement vehicle availability (GSA schedule or open market).
