About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure Charter Spectrum Enterprise IPTV Service or an equal product through a single firm-fixed-price contract. The requirement is being competed through full and open competition, with the intent to award to a small business concern under NAICS code 517111 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. Offers will be evaluated based on the lowest priced quote that meets all the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in the Statement of Work. Offerors must submit quotes by May 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM PDT, and any questions regarding the solicitation must be received by April 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM PDT.

This is a brand new requirement, not an incumbent contract. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year option periods, to be performed at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The government has not indicated any specific award value or budget range, but the quantities and delivery timeline are detailed in the solicitation documents. There is no set-aside designation for this procurement.
