This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP), Solicitation Number FA8773-17-R-8005, for Cyber Operations Formal Training Support, (CyOFTS II). There is no solicitation available at this time. This DRAFT RFP is published for the sole purpose of providing industry an opportunity to comment on the Government's anticipated RFP, which it intends to release at a later date. The proposed Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Model Contract, and any other attachments are not necessarily in their final form. The Government reserves the right to amend, alter, or otherwise modify any or all parts of these documents prior to the anticipated official RFP release.
The Draft RFP is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. This announcement is for information planning purposes only and proposals are not requested. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any actual procurement of services. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation or a promise of a solicitation in the future.
The Air Force anticipates a single award and includes Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Reimbursable (CR) Line Items.
It is anticipated that this effort will be an 8(a) Program set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611420.
The purpose of this procurement is to provide the 39 IOS with qualified SME manpower equivalents to augment and support Cyber Operations and Information Operations training for the Field Training Unit.
38 CONS encourages industry input and/or comments to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition and to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. The Government reserves the right to reject or respond in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. Potential interested vendors are required to submit questions and/or comments to the Draft RFP in the attached QA format (Excel). All submissions are due no later than 12:00 PM (CST) on June 9, 2017.
