About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command is soliciting proposals for comprehensive custodial services at U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan-Casey in South Korea. This non-personal services contract requires the successful contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items to perform custodial service tasks as specified in the Performance Work Statement. A critical requirement is that all offerors, including U.S. companies, must already possess or obtain requisite business licenses directly from the Republic of Korea Government and demonstrate capacity to conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including labor, taxation, and immigration regulations. Proposals that fail to adequately demonstrate this authorization and capacity will not be considered for award, with this determination made solely by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation was posted on September 12, 2025, with proposals due by October 14, 2025, and a mandatory site visit scheduled for September 23, 2025, at 0900 hours Korean Standard Time at Gate #1, Camp Casey, Dong-Du-Cheon.
This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all qualified sources. No incumbent contractors or potential award values are specified in the solicitation notice. The contract will be performed at U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan-Casey facilities in South Korea, with the specific requirement that all quotes must be submitted in Korean Won currency. The Republic of Korea-United States Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) prevents the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status to any offeror for this requirement. The solicitation falls under NAICS code 561720 for Janitorial Services and PSC category S201 for Housekeeping-Custodial Janitorial services. The notice indicates that an amendment to the original solicitation has been issued, though the core requirements and restrictions remain unchanged.
