About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) is seeking capable sources to provide Cryogenic Support Services. The services include the receipt, storage, handling, and issue of cryogenic products such as liquid oxygen (LOX) and liquid nitrogen (LN2) to support flight operations at various Navy airfield installations. NAVSUP is interested in industry feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and is requesting capability statements (no more than 5 pages) demonstrating the ability, experience, and knowledge to provide the required services by May 15, 2024. The Government plans to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.

This is a sources sought for market research purposes, and the Government's requirement may change at any time. There is no set-aside designation, and the current requirement is being met by a purchase order. The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by companies in preparing capability statements or marketing efforts, and any questions should be directed to Ms. Christine Jordan at christine.jordan@navy.mil.

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is seeking capable sources and industry input to provide CNAP with Cryogenic Support Services.

It is anticipated the Government will award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The period of performance shall include a one-year base period, followed by four (4) one-year option periods for a total period of performance of five (5) years if all option periods are exercised.

This requirement is currently being met by FFP purchase order N00244-24-P-0474.

If interested in this opportunity, please submit a capability statement (no more than five (5) pages in length) demonstrating the ability, experience, and knowledge to provide the required services and/or PWS feedback by 17 May 2024 at 10:00 AM PST. The Capability Statement and PWS feedback shall be submitted to Ms. Christine Jordan at christine.jordan@navy.mil.

A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this announcement and please include your business size and cage code in your submission.

This is a sources sought for market research purposes. The Government’s requirement may change at any time. DO NOT submit proposals in response to this sources sought. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Navy will not assume liability for costs incurred by a company for capability statement preparation or marketing efforts; therefore, any cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
