About this opportunity
The General Services Administration seeks proposals on behalf of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Division of Select Agents and Toxins to provide inspectors to support the Import Permit Program. The services include scheduling, preparing for, and conducting approximately 1,000 inspections of facilities located within the United States to confirm compliance with import permit regulations for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical capability, staffing approach, past performance, and price, with non-price factors significantly outweighing price. Proposals are due by December 2, 2021.
There is no set-aside designation. The North American Industry Classification System code is 561320 for temporary help services and the Product Service Code is R499 for professional support services. Inspections will take place over a one year base period from January 10, 2022 to January 9, 2023 located in Atlanta, Georgia. Evaluation will consider technical capability, staffing approach, and past performance more heavily than price.
