Proposals are due by March 28th and will be evaluated based on pricing, technical approach, and past performance. Questions regarding this request for quotations are due by March 16th.

If you are interesting in submitting a response to this RFQ, please submit the information requested in Section Four of the attached document by 12:00pm EST on Monday, March 28, 2022, to Shelli.J.Waltz@hud.gov. Please review the attached solicitation document and submit any questions by March 16, 2022.

Please note that solicitation revisions and vendor questions and answers have been posted as of March 23, 2022. Please download the revised solicitation document to access the revised fee schedule and download the separate Q&A file for responses to offeror questions.

Offerors should respond to the amendment as follows:

  1. Please submit a revised fee schedule with price information for CLIN 0005 for each option period.
  2. Note in your response that you have reviewed the change included in Section 4.0 of the Statement of Objectives.
