The lease includes all maintenance, consumables (except paper), training, and support services with a 24-hour response time requirement. At the conclusion of the contract, the vendor must remove and return copier hard drives to FEMA for security purposes. While no specific incumbent is mentioned, the solicitation indicates that only pre-approved equipment models from manufacturers like Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, and Xerox will be considered.
