This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80GRC021Q0014 for the requirements identified in the attached statement of work (SOW).
The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2021-07).
The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334513 and 750 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition.
Delivery to Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio is required within 90 days after receipt of order. Delivery shall be free on board (FOB) Destination.
Additional delivery instructions can be found in the SOW and the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) provided in attachments section of this solicitation and are hereby incorporated into this solicitation.
Offers for the items(s) described above are due by October 11, 2021 4:30 PM Eastern Time to william.l.barrington@nasa.gov and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration , taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. However, any award from this RFQ shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the System for Award Management System (SAM) and completion of Reps and Certs in the SAM system prior to award at www.sam.gov.
If the end product offered is other than a domestic end product as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of origin.
The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation:
52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items; 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items.
