About this opportunity

Naval Supply Systems Command is preparing to procure 13 frequency converter units (NSN 7R-5895-015874239-P8) with delivery FOB origin and a response deadline of August 14, 2026. This is a sole-source requirement: the item is flight-critical and only Government-approved sources will be solicited. Non-approved sources may submit source approval documentation alongside their proposal but must recognize that approval timelines may prevent award before the Government's required delivery date; if source approval cannot be completed in time, award may proceed to an already-approved vendor to meet Fleet support needs.

Offerors must submit all technical data required by the applicable NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Source Approval Information Brochure (separate brochures for spares versus repair; brochures are available on the NAVSUP WSS website). New sources must provide documentation of production experience with the same or similar item, or if never previously manufactured, detail the technical qualifications supporting capability. Proposals that omit required source approval data or fail to document prior submission of all required data will not be considered for award.

No award value or contract period is specified. Interested parties should consult the NAVSUP WSS Commercial Item Identification Brochure and source approval guidance at https://www.navsup.navy.mil/NAVSUP-Enterprise/NAVSUP-Weapon-Systems-Support/Business-Opps/.
