The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and transportation for construction equipment work as needed under individual BPA calls. This procurement is designated as a total small business set-aside, restricting competition to qualified small business vendors only. The BPA will have a master limit of $250,000, with individual BPA calls capped at $25,000 maximum per call. The period of performance for the resulting agreement will span 36 months from the date of award, providing the government with flexible access to construction equipment services across the specified Connecticut locations.
