The anticipated contract value ranges between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000 under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction), with no current incumbent identified. The project will be solicited as a competitive, firm-fixed-price design-bid-build contract with an estimated performance period of 730 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, requiring completion of all construction work including equipment installation, testing and balancing, and commissioning within this timeframe. All construction work must comply with AWEN Solutions' EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Drawings and Specifications dated June 13, 2025, as well as VA Infrastructure Standard for Telecommunications Spaces (ISTS) V4.0 and VA Physical Security Design and Resiliency Manual (PDRSM) requirements.
