About this opportunity

This solicitation seeks a contractor to demolish and remove four existing concrete slabs and install new concrete slabs with steps at the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center in Beltsville, Maryland. The United States Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service Field Research Implementation and Information Delivery Northeast Area will evaluate proposals using a lowest price technically acceptable process. Offerors must be technically acceptable and have an active SAM registration to be eligible for award. Proposals are due by November 24, 2023.

This requirement is set aside for small businesses only. The NAICS code is 238110 for poured concrete foundation and structure contractors. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision needed to complete the work within 60 calendar days of receiving notice to proceed. The four new concrete slabs must each measure 30 feet by 10 feet by 6 inches thick. The place of performance is the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center facilities in Beltsville, Maryland.
