Scope spans five greenhouse sections across three buildings: Building 101 (Sections A and B with vinyl trench drains at 27 linear feet each and 4-inch concrete); Building 102 (Sections H, I, and J with vinyl gutter and trench drain installation); and Building 112 (gravel removal with concrete placement sloped toward existing sidewalk). Work also includes removal and reinstallation of existing tables, excavation, gravel base placement and compaction, rebar dowel installation, formwork, concrete finishing with light broom finish, floor drain installation (except Building 112), and site restoration. Building 102J requires sidewalk demolition (3 feet 3 inches by 57 feet).
The NAICS code is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19 million. Performance period is 120 calendar days after award with 0 days to mobilization. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates apply per Yakima County, Washington wage determination effective May 18, 2026.
