About this opportunity

The Bragg Services Branch of the Department of the Army Medical Command is seeking to procure Complete Blood Count (CBC) analyzers and associated reagents and support services under a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The procurement includes two automated CBC analytical systems, one slide maker/stainer, and one digital cell imager to be delivered and installed at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, as well as two additional identical CBC analytical systems for Clark Health Clinic and Robinson Health Clinic, also located at Fort Bragg. As a non-personal services contract, the successful contractor will be responsible for providing all reagents, testing systems, equipment, personnel, transportation, materials, supervision, equipment maintenance, training, and all other necessary items to support these systems. While specific evaluation criteria have not been detailed in this pre-solicitation notice, interested vendors should prepare proposals addressing their technical capabilities, pricing competitiveness, and qualifications to support medical laboratory operations across multiple military healthcare facilities. The pre-solicitation notice was posted on January 29, 2026, with a deadline for questions and submissions of February 20, 2026.

This contract opportunity carries no set-aside designation and will be competed openly among all qualified vendors in the In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing sector (NAICS 325413). The notice does not identify any incumbent contractors or historical pricing information that would indicate potential award values or budget ranges for this opportunity. The contract will run for a five-year delivery period from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031, providing a substantial timeframe for vendors to support the Department of the Army's laboratory testing capabilities across three healthcare facilities. The procurement specifically requires four automated CBC analytical systems total, one slide maker/stainer unit, and one digital cell imager, along with comprehensive support services throughout the contract period. Interested contractors should use the Federal Meta Opportunity ID 6980e00b47fa6478f109c355 to track this opportunity and monitor for the formal solicitation release.
