Offerors are hereby notified that the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Build to Print Production of the Common Display System (CDS) N00024-14-R-5210 has been amended. Offerors who have a signed "Terms of Use" letter on file with the Government will receive a copy of the modified Competition Library upon request via e-mail to the Contract Specialist, with a copy to the Contracting Officer.
