About this opportunity
The Department of Defense issued a combined pre-solicitation synopsis and notice of intent to award a sole-source, 5-year IDIQ/Enterprise Contract with Everfox for cross-domain software licenses, maintenance, and support services, with responses due by September 23, 2026. Though the Government intends sole-source award to Everfox, all responsible sources may submit quotations for consideration. The estimated contract ceiling is $75 million to $90 million under Firm-Fixed-Price terms, with the first order anticipated before the conclusion of Fiscal Year 2026.
The requirement covers enterprise-level commercial off-the-shelf software and specialized hardware appliances supporting three Department of Defense customer systems: Mission Command Support Center, Distributed Common Ground System—Army Cross-Domain Solutions, and Joint Fires Network/Command Post Modernization. Deliverables span three core areas: software licenses and subscriptions for cross-domain guards (Structured, Unstructured, and High-Speed series), centralized management and endpoint access systems, data diode appliances, and hardware/software maintenance and engineering support. Professional services include tiered Product Engineer positions (Junior, mid-level, and Senior), training, and travel across varying annual quantities and customer systems. Performance periods vary by customer system, with some work commencing at date of award and others running through calendar periods extending to May 2032.
The notice includes a Federal SLA Addendum modifying standard license terms to ensure federal law compliance, including elimination of arbitration, prohibition of unilateral termination or remote disabling, waiver of GDPR applicability, and protection of government intellectual property and backup copying rights.
