The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, VA is hereby posting a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center (CAC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity support services. The DRAFT RFP is not a formal solicitation; it is used to gather industry feedback prior to the release of the formal solicitation. The DRAFT RFP is designed to reduce proposal preparation time and promote a clearer understanding of the CAC requirement. This notice does NOT constitute a formal solicitation and is not a commitment by the Government to procure services. Responses from interested vendors are not offers and the Government has no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Interested parties are asked to submit questions, comments and/or suggestions on the DRAFT documents to the three individuals listed in this announcement by the response due date. All question shall be submitted via email only.
Note: The Reference Number for this DRAFT RFP is W91QF422R0001. Any formal solicitation postings and references will be issued under W91QF422R0001. No amendments to this notice are anticipated to be issued containing responses to submitted questions. The feedback received as a response of this notice will be used to finalize solicitation documents. A formal question and answer opportunity will be identified upon issuance of the formal solicitation.
