Estimated annual test volume is 3,300 to 3,800 tests.
The base period runs September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with four optional one-year renewal periods extending through August 31, 2031. NAICS code 621511, Medical Laboratories; PSC Q301, Reference Laboratory Testing.
