The solicitation focuses on creating a facility that maintains district functionality during both emergency and non-emergency periods, with an emphasis on enhanced preparedness and response capabilities. While specific evaluation criteria are not explicitly detailed, the project appears to require comprehensive construction and systems integration expertise. The anticipated solicitation is expected to be released in mid-late February to early March, with proposal responses due by April 9, 2025.
