The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis this requirement: Circuit Card Assemblies – Qty 1 Lot. This requirement is sole sourced to TTM TECHNOLOGIES, INC. - Stafford, 4 Old Monson Rd., Stafford, CT 06075. These are proprietary, uniquely fabricated parts and the OEM is the only distributor. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to yvonne.c.stockwell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625Q0080 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
