About this opportunity

The Government will accept proposals submitted within 45 days of this notice's publication (30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement) and will consider all submissions when determining whether to proceed with competitive procurement. The final decision to compete or award noncompetitively rests solely with the Government.
