About this opportunity

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Family Health Centers of San Diego for online medical education services. The CDC's Chronic Viral Diseases Branch seeks specialized medical education and mentoring services for safety net primary care providers delivered through the ECHO videoconferencing platform. The contractor must possess existing infrastructure including ongoing needs assessment mechanisms, qualified faculty, foundational curriculum, and current expertise in rapidly evolving clinical practice areas. Interested parties may submit quotations or responses to demonstrate their capabilities within fifteen days of the notice issuance date of August 25, 2025, with a due date of September 9, 2025. All responses should be emailed to the contract specialist at kuz4@cdc.gov, though this notice is not a request for competitive quotations and the government retains sole discretion in determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and specifically identifies Family Health Centers of San Diego as the sole capable source for these services. No award values, budget ranges, or specific quantities are disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice. The contract will operate under FAR authorities 12.102(a) and 13.106-1(b) for sole source procurement justification.
