About this opportunity

The General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service seeks the purchase of eight Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 High Country vehicles or approved equivalents, with quotations due July 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. This is a 100% small business set-aside.

Place of performance is Washington, DC, with delivery required no later than August 6, 2026. Vehicles must be 2026 or 2027 model year, new condition with under 500 miles, black exterior, gas-powered, four-wheel drive. Specifications require a 6.2L V8 engine producing 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque, minimum GVWR of 7,000 lbs, maximum GCWR of 15,400 lbs, and maximum payload of 1,746 lbs. Seating must accommodate seven passengers with second-row captain's chairs and third-row power-folding bench. An off-road package is mandatory, consisting of 2-speed transfer case, skid plates, recovery hooks, all-terrain tires, air ride suspension, and magnetic ride control. A 220-amp alternator is required. Vendors proposing deviations from specifications must document exceptions on Attachment E.

The NAICS code is 336110, Automobile and Light Duty Motor Vehicle Manufacturing; PSC code is 2310, Passenger Motor Vehicles. The government intends firm-fixed price Motor Vehicle Delivery Orders, with discretion to award to one vendor or split awards between no more than two vendors total. Quotations must include Standard Form 18, past performance documentation (minimum two, maximum three recent government contract references within the last two years), completed Price/Delivery Schedule from Attachment A, and manufacturer vehicle window stickers for each vehicle quoted. Pricing is FOB Destination and must include all freight and delivery costs. All respondents require active SAM.gov registration.

Evaluation weighs technical compliance, delivery terms and availability, and past performance combined equally against price. Delivery dates are a significant evaluation factor. Amendment 002, effective July 29, reactivated the solicitation and reduced quantity from ten to eight vehicles. Amendment 001 removed the sunroof prohibition. Points of contact are April Stanch (April.Stanch@gsa.gov) and Ed Hodges (John.Hodges@gsa.gov).
