The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the work required as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
The CCTS system is used as a standoff detector method for chemical cloud field testing on the grid at DPG. The system is composed of 4 – 6 Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) detector instruments that, when positioned at specific distances and angles from each other, provide tomographic data that is used to detect the boundaries of dissemination clouds and track them as they move with the wind across the test boundary.
The contractor shall provide annual preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs, upgrades, replacements, and field test support as required to ensure the CCTS system is operational no less than 95% of the time during normal business hours. A Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) is provided. The contractor shall accomplish these services and ensure the CCTS system provides real-time chemical cloud tracking data for tests at a minimum success rate of 95%.
Accomplishment of the results contained in this PWS requires work at Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway Utah and at various contractor, subcontractor, and Government facilities (mainly in the continental United States). Normal workdays are Monday through Thursday except US Federal Holidays. Workers typically work ten (10) hours per day, 40 hours per week. Core hours of work are from 0700 to 1530 daily. All employees are expected to be available during core hours.
