The contract will cover gardening services for the embassy's designated spaces in the Haramous area for a one-year period. Quotations must be submitted in English, using MS-Word, MS-Excel, or PDF file formats, with a maximum file size of 30MB. Offerors are required to submit multiple documents, including the Standard Form 1449, pricing details, representations and certifications, and proof of SAM registration. Submitted quotations must remain valid for at least four months from the government's receipt, and incomplete proposals will not be considered. The Contracting Officer, Jesse C. Flowers, will oversee the procurement process, with a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan in place to monitor the contractor's performance.
