About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice seeks information to determine the availability of 200 Cepheid 4Plex (XP3COV2/FLU/RSV-10) test kits per year for the Albuquerque Service Unit from potential small business sources. The Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service will use responses to make acquisition decisions and potentially set aside the procurement under NAICS code 325413 for in vitro diagnostic substance manufacturing. Responses are requested by July 11, 2023 to address the business' size, socioeconomic program eligibility, and capability to provide the test kits. An Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form must also be included to demonstrate at least 51% Indian ownership.
