About this opportunity

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a Limited-Source Justification Notice on March 27, 2026, for a follow-on contract extension to SOFTRAMS LLC (now operating as Tria Federal) for continued operations and maintenance of the CMS Analysis, Reporting & Tracking System (CMS ARTS). The justification invokes FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C) to establish a logical follow-on order under the existing GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract (GS-35F-372DA), which has been in place since March 24, 2021. The extension is valued at $100,000 and covers a two-month bridge period from March 24, 2026, through May 23, 2026, bringing the total contract value from $3,378,917.27 to $3,478,917.27 with all options included. Services include maintaining ongoing system operations at the same effort level as the preceding option period, along with structured transition-out activities such as knowledge transfer, personnel training, documentation turnover, systems access coordination, and operational continuity support. This bridge period is designed to ensure critical service continuity and facilitate an orderly transition to a newly awarded successor contract anticipated for mid-February 2026, with no changes to the existing Statement of Work anticipated under the extension.
