About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services is seeking multiple award fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for CD/DVD/Blu-Ray Duplicator devices and associated services. The Request for Information (RFI) aims to determine market interest and vendor capabilities for supplying approximately 65 duplicator devices to be deployed across 35 locations in the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS). Key contract requirements include device delivery and installation, maintenance warranties, network functionality, IT security accreditation, technical support, and comprehensive training on equipment use and operations. Interested vendors must submit specific business information electronically by April 7, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST, including business name, SAM UEI Number, CAGE Code, business size, and point of contact details. The evaluation will focus on vendors' ability to meet technical specifications, which include advanced hardware configurations like Intel Quadcore I5-7500 processors, 32GB DDR4 memory, and Windows 11 operating systems.

The procurement is not set aside for any specific business category, with a business size standard of up to 1,000 employees under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333310. While no specific award value is disclosed, the solicitation suggests a substantial procurement involving multiple devices and comprehensive service support. The contract's Product Service Code (PSC) is 3610, covering printing, duplicating, and bookbinding equipment. The RFI emphasizes that this is a voluntary information-gathering process and does not obligate the government to award a contract, with no compensation provided for response preparation. Primary points of contact are Patrick D'Arcy, Contract Specialist, and Tina Grujic, Contracting Officer, both from the Defense Logistics Agency. Vendors are encouraged to provide detailed information about their capabilities to support this potential multi-location, comprehensive duplicator device and service procurement.
