Maximum usable payload capacity is 1.5 tons. The generator must support 3–4 hours of HVAC operation during winter plus lights and PA system, and 8 hours of interior lighting with expanded 10-hour summer capability. The NAICS code is 336212, Truck Trailer Manufacturing; PSC is 2330, Trailers.
Quotes must remain valid for 60 days minimum and include a Technical Capability section (maximum 10 pages), Past Performance section (maximum 3 pages, up to one page per reference covering recent relevant contracts as prime), and price spreadsheet in MS Excel format.
