About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineering District Louisville is seeking design analysis and construction documents to meet the HVAC and plumbing requirements for the Carr Creek Facilities Restoration project. The scope of work includes replacing a lift station and installing a new force main for the campground, as well as a new septic system for the White Pine Comfort Station. The HVAC analysis must address heating and ventilation loads and equipment sizing, with the assumption that existing HVAC equipment heating capacities (plus 20%) can be utilized. The project is part of the Southeast MATOC contract pool (W912QR21D0049 through W912QR21D0055), and the award will be based on the lowest evaluated price.
This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The cost range for the project is between $2 and $5 million. The work will be performed at Carr Creek Lake in Sassafras, Kentucky. The proposal due date is September 11, 2024, and the government will allow 60 calendar days for proposal acceptance.
