About this opportunity
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service is soliciting bids for the Carnero Stucco Repair Project, which involves comprehensive stucco restoration at the Carnero Guard Station in Creede, Colorado. The solicitation will be evaluated using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology, with technical proposals limited to 5 pages and focusing on two subfactors: Work Plan and Experience. Offers are due by April 8, 2025, with performance expected to begin within 14 calendar days after contract award and be completed within 120 calendar days.
