Specific tasks include removing existing stucco, metal lath, and felt paper, transporting and disposing of materials at a landfill, repairing damaged wall framing, and applying a multi-layered stucco application process. The contract will require precise execution of several technical steps: placing new felt paper, installing galvanized steel stucco netting, applying a scratch coat, brown coat, and finish coat.
