This CALL solicits proposals to support technology development for Miniature Self Defense Munitions at the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate. The Laboratory seeks proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract and initial Task Order to mature subsystem designs, integrate components, and demonstrate capabilities. This CALL is for the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions directorate (AFRL/RW) in support of MSDM Technology Development.
 

Operations Security (OPSEC):  General OPSEC procedures, policies and awareness will be required in an effort to reduce program vulnerability from successful adversary collection and exploitation of critical information.  OPSEC will be applied throught the lifecycle of any potential contract.

ITAR:  International traffic in Arms Regulations and Public Law 98-94 (export control) will apply.

AMENDMENT #001:  The purpose of this amendment is to change the location for the Preproposal Conference.  See Amendment #001 for additional detail.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS #01:  The Preproposal Conference was held on 21 November 2019.  A copy of the unclassified slides presented along with Questions and Answers, will be available upon request.  In order to receive the documents, requestors should comply with the requirements outlined in CALL #01 Paragraph II.
