About this opportunity
The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 9 seeks SDVOSB commissioning services for the Nashville Generator Systems upgrade project, with proposals due July 10, 2026. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses; only SDVOSB concerns may compete.

The contractor must employ licensed commissioning engineers who will personally execute and stamp all commissioning work, with no personnel substitutions permitted. All work must comply with VA specifications and current codes and standards including NFPA, ASHRAE, IBC, and NEC. The contractor must minimize disruptions to medical center operations. The NAICS code is 541330, Engineering Services; the PSC code is C222, Architect and Engineering—General: Electrical Systems.
