The scope of work includes designing flanged and valved stub-outs to connect a temporary boiler to the existing steam distribution system at Building 147, replacement of the existing steam header, installation of monitoring cameras, control room modifications, driveway repairs, and commissioning services. Key requirements include compliance with VA standards and codes, adherence to Physical Security and Resiliency Design Manual requirements, asbestos and lead testing and remediation, and submission of design documents in four phases within 135 days of Notice to Proceed.
