About this opportunity
The 133rd Airlift Wing, Department of the Air Force, seeks procurement and delivery of 40 bulk storage locker units with proposals due September 3, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside; the Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company qualifies as small business under the solicited code.
Place of performance is Fort Snelling, Minnesota (670 General Miller Drive, St. Paul, MN 55111). The procurement comprises nine starter units and 31 add-on units, each approximately 48"W x 36"D x 90"H, constructed of powder-coated steel with ventilated mesh panels in grey. Each locker requires two separate lockable openings that fit a common padlock (padlocks purchased separately by the Government). The contractor must also supply 40 locker backs, 40 locker tops, and 60 additional shelves, all 48"W x 36"D with wire mesh construction and included hardware. Specification is brand name or equal to Uline Bulk Storage Lockers H-90 series. Lockers may be configured as individual stand-alone units or positioned adjacent to each other; no installation services are required. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days from the lead time event, FOB Destination, with contractor bearing transportation costs.
NAICS code is 337215, Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing, with 550-employee size standard. PSC is 7125. Quotes must remain good through September 30, 2026. Evaluation weighs price and non-price factors (equipment capability, delivery time, quality and specification compliance, and past performance based on FAPIIS, SPRS, CPARS, and references) as equal. All solicitation specifications are not absolute; the 133rd Airlift Wing will consider innovative solutions. Contracting Officer is Lt Col Ann Feist, 612-713-2626, ann.feist.1@us.af.mil. Statement of Work Revision 1 was posted August 26, 2026.
