About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) issued by the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 133rd Airlift Wing for the procurement of distribution lockers to be delivered to the Minnesota Air National Guard Base located at 670 General Miller Drive, St. Paul, MN 55111.

The contractor is required to procure and deliver 40 total locker units configured as follows: 9 bulk storage starter units, 31 add-on units, 40 locker backs, 40 locker tops, and 60 additional shelves. All units must be grey metal construction with dimensions of 48"W x 36"D x 90"H (except backs and tops which vary). The specification references ULINE bulk storage locker products as the baseline standard, allowing brand-name-or-equal alternatives. Each unit must feature two separate lockable openings, powder-coated steel construction, ventilated mesh panels, and included mounting hardware for floor or wall installation. The contractor is responsible for procurement and delivery only; no installation services are required. Products must be fully packaged to prevent transportation damage and clearly labeled with the contract number. The government will conduct inspection and acceptance upon delivery, with non-conforming items rejected and replaced at no additional cost.

Evaluation will be based on equal weighting of price and non-price factors including equipment capability to meet SOW requirements, proposed delivery timeline, product quality and compliance with specifications, and the contractor's past performance on similar contracts. Contractors must submit product specifications, drawings, and brochures demonstrating compliance. The Contracting Officer is Lt Col Ann Feist, 612-713-2626, ann.feist.1@us.af.mil, and all questions and deviations must be submitted in writing for approval.
