About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) issued by the Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 133rd Airlift Wing (AMC) in Saint Paul, Minnesota, dated August 26, 2026 (Revision 1).

The contractor must procure and deliver 40 bulk storage locker units in grey, constructed of powder-coated steel with ventilated mesh panels, to the 133rd Airlift Wing located at 670 General Miller Drive, St. Paul, MN 55111. The locker configuration consists of nine starter units and 31 add-on units, each approximately 48"W x 36"D x 90"H, featuring two separate lockable openings for common padlocks (padlocks to be purchased separately by the Government). Additionally, the contractor must supply 40 locker backs, 40 locker tops, and 60 additional shelves, all measuring 48"W x 36"D, with wire mesh construction and included hardware. The SOW specifies "BRAND NAME OR EQUAL" to ULINE products with direct links to comparable models. Lockers may be configured as individual stand-alone units positioned adjacent to each other in a stable manner rather than requiring attachment. The contractor is responsible for procurement and delivery only; no installation services are required. Products must be fully packaged to prevent damage and clearly labeled with the contract number and delivery location. The Government will evaluate proposals based on equipment capability, proposed delivery timeframe, product quality and compliance with specifications, and contractor past performance, with price and non-price factors considered equal. Any items failing inspection will be rejected and replaced at no additional Government cost. The Contracting Officer is Lt Col Ann Feist at 612-713-2626 or ann.feist.1@us.af.mil.
