Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have instructors with BOC Level III certification. The evaluation will be conducted on a best-value basis, with the technical approach being the most important factor, followed by past performance and price. The solicitation is not set aside for any specific small business category and will result in a single award. The contract is structured as a Firm-Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement with a base period of 12 months and four optional 12-month extension years. While specific budget ranges are not explicitly stated, the Schedule of Charges indicates pricing for various training delivery options, including webinar series (20 attendees), in-person 8-day and 7-day training (5 attendees each), and live virtual instructor-led training (15 attendees). The place of performance is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with training to be delivered between January and December 2025. Vendors must provide new equipment only, maintain manufacturer warranties, offer a 30-day bid validity period, and provide free on board (FOB) shipping to continental U.S. destinations. Successful contractors will be responsible for providing course materials, testing, and credentialing upon successful course completion.
