About this opportunity
Air Mobility Command is preparing to procure maintenance and repair support for floor scrubbers at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, under a total small business set-aside, with responses due August 31, 2026.
The scope covers all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain and repair three Tennant floor scrubbers—one ECH20 T3 walk-behind model and two ECH20 T20 ride-on models—located in Building 550. The base contract period includes four option years. Maintenance consists of two scheduled preventative maintenance visits per year performed in accordance with commercial practices or manufacturer specifications, with labor-only costs for routine PM and parts replacement paid on an as-needed basis. The contractor must submit written inspection reports within two business days of each maintenance visit and provide cost estimates for unscheduled repairs requiring Contracting Officer approval before execution. All maintenance and repairs identified as warrantable items are covered for one year.
Contractor personnel must be trained and certified by appropriate federal and state regulatory agencies, with proof of certification submitted within five working days of contract signing. Security and access requirements include criminal background investigations, Air Force safety and OSHA compliance, Antiterrorism Awareness Level I training, and proper contractor badge and vehicle pass procurement through Dover AFB Security Forces. Hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with contractor-arranged access required for National Holidays.
Interested contractors should submit CAGE code, small business status, applicable NAICS code, and relevant insights directly to the points of contact listed in the opportunity.
