The Department of the Treasury Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the National and Community Service (AmeriCorps), National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC), is seeking quotes for a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Drug Screening Services. The BPA will be a firm-fixed price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The Government will evaluate offers based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer with no adverse past performance. Questions are due by October 28, 2024, and quotes must be received by November 8, 2024.
This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 621511 for Medical Laboratories. The anticipated volume is screening approximately 2% of the 1,540 total NCCC members each year, equating to 2-3 members per month. The contractor must have screening locations within 60 miles of the four NCCC regional campuses and be able to provide results within 24-48 hours, or 72 hours if on a weekend. The place of performance is Washington, DC.

Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the National and Community Service (AmeriCorps), National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC), is hereby requesting quotes for a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), for Drug Screening Services requirement in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the attached Pricing Schedule.
The Government anticipates awarding a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), firm-fixed price (FFP), BPA orders may be issued under the planned BPA fixed-price rates. One BPA award may be issued to assist AmeriCorps in satisfying the demand for Drug Screening Service compliance for the Bureau. The anticipated period of performance will include one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option period years.
This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621511 for Medical Laboratories.
In addition to the quotation for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote.
