The contract type is firm fixed-price with pricing required in Euros including 21% VAT listed separately, though the Embassy will pursue VAT exemption from Spanish authorities. Contractors must commence work within ten calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed and complete all work within sixty calendar days, with liquidated damages assessed at 200 Euros per day for delays.
